PE Hot-Melt Casting: Use high-temperature extrusion casting technology to melt food-grade PE pellets.
Precision Lamination: Evenly coat the molten PE onto the surface of the cotton paper. The process adds zero glue, ensuring an extremely strong bond.
Cooling & Shaping: Rapid cooling treatment ensures the paper remains flat and the film adheres without bubbles.
Slitting & Bag Making: Precision cutting and heat-sealing into bags according to customer-customized sizes, leaving the factory only after strict quality inspection.
